President
In 1997, Mark founded Electronic Systems Installers, carrying forward his father’s legacy while evolving with the industry’s advances. As president, Mark embodies the values of integrity, precision, and community focus that have defined ESI from the start. Under his leadership, our team has grown into a trusted local resource, serving our neighbors with customized security systems designed to protect people, property, and peace of mind.
Steve Nutting
Sales Manager
Steve joined the ESI team in 2022. He leads our sales team with a clear focus: ensuring every customer is cared for from first contact through installation and beyond. Steve makes sure his team listens to your needs, provides honest recommendations, and delivers the personalized service that sets ESI apart from national chains. Christopher Ream
Operations Manager
With a solid background in the security industry since 2013, Chris became a key member of ESI in 2022. As Operations Manager, he champions continuous improvements across all departments, leveraging his expertise in team coordination and project management. Holding a NICET certification, Chris also oversees the design and implementation of our fire alarm systems, maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
Brian Wolfe
Installations Manager
Brian’s extensive career in security started in 1995 alongside Mark Nardontonia at JAN Associates, where his foundational experience was built. After gaining further industry expertise through various roles following the sale of JAN, Brian joined ESI in 2025. With over 30 years of field engineering and system implementation knowledge, he is instrumental in ensuring that every installation meets precise standards and functions flawlessly.
Mike Wolfe
Service Manager
Mike has contributed to the security industry since 2006 and brought his skills to ESI in 2024. He specializes in maintaining systems’ long-term reliability post-installation. Mike addresses customer concerns promptly and handles troubleshooting of complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Senior Project Manager
A valued ESI team member since 2003, James has overseen thousands of security installations, making him a cornerstone of our project management team. His deep expertise in field engineering, technician coordination, and meticulous equipment preparation ensures each installation is executed with excellence.

CADD/Customer Experience Specialist
Bringing 9 years of combined technical and customer service experience, Cohen works closely with clients to personalize their alarm monitoring setups. A skilled expert in drawing and design software, he produces detailed, precise plans that streamline and support accurate installations.
Kaytlyn Weaver
Customer Experience Specialist
Kaytlyn joined ESI in 2025, bringing 5 years of customer support experience. She holds certifications from Alarm.com and the Electronic Security Association (ESA). Kaytlyn is essential in maintaining proactive client communication, coordinating service schedules, and providing timely troubleshooting to resolve system issues.
